He set the foundation of our company, and his focused approach assisted the initial stages of our constitution. Our core team is headed by some highly versed persons of the industry: Mr. Sudesh Kumar Jha, B.E., Mr. Indrajeet Kumar Thakur, B.E., M.Sc. (DSS), M.E.S.C./M.E., MBA and Manoj Kumar Jha, B.COM. They are important pillars of our company, making the difference in the field. Also, we have a number of qualified, experienced engineers and technology diploma holders as our advisers to meet the needs of the exacting market.
Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is one of the best of its kind. Latest and highly advanced machines and equipments like as Twin Lobe Rotary Air Blowerare used while manufacturing our Water Cooled Blowers, Vacuum Blowers, Rotary Piston Blowers, etc. Some of these machines include horizontal boring, table type with DRO, shaper with hydro copying attachment, radial drilling machine, vertical milling machine with DRO, centre lathe and dynamic balancing machine.
We are well supported by a team of dynamic and experienced engineers, technical designers, research & development experts, among several others. They are well versed in their area of discipline and have the expertise to design the products as per the specifications laid down by our clients. Regular training sessions are conducted to expose them to the latest manufacturing techniques, and to enable them to incorporate them efficiently and quickly.
Manufacturing Facilities
Beta Maschinenfabrik is a technology manufacturing establishment and works on the fundamental principal of continual improvement in quality and manufacturing standards for all our blowers to meet the set quality standards. Our R&D team is good at it, and constantly work for the same. We have a fully equipped manufacturing plant at Noida, Phase II. Our modern production facility comprises CNC-VMC, CNC-HMC, CNC-Lathe, CNC-Turning Centre, Dynamic Balancing Machine, Horizontal Boring Machine with DRO, Vertical Milling Machine with DRO, and many more machines to fulfill our manufacturing responsibilities. As per BS 1571 part-II, we have also established testing facilities to test our blowers. Today, we are best-known for suitable blowers for the heavy / continuous duties. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer, we take pride for our efficiency, competitiveness, energy saving attributes and robust design in all our blowers.
